Cancellation Policy

Please, read this message in it's entirety. If, you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call 3 hours in advance. There is no cancellation fee if you contact us via phone. However, there is a cancellation fee of $15.00, if the cancellation is made after the 3hour cancellation / reschedule window. Note, you will be refunded minus the $15 cancellation fee. How to reschedule your appointment?! Your appointment must be rescheduled during phone notification of cancellation. Late Arrivals - Please, note your reading or reiki session minutes will be impacted, if you arrive late to your appointment. This includes all virtual, in person ( late start ) at client's choice of space. If, you have questions or concerns please contact us.
